I’ve never been to London, how can I make friends?

London is a wonderfully multicultural, diverse city and we believe that making new friends while in our residences is as much part of the package as the bedding! The great thing about our student residences is that the majority have lots of communal areas where you can meet your neighbours and build connections. Many host events that you can take part in to expand your friendships! Ready to join in?

I’m not familiar with London and don’t know how best to choose a residence?

Not to worry! The London Nest team are experienced Londoners coming from all parts of the world, they know better than anyone on how to pick the best spot. After a few quick questions, we’ll be able to refine the search until you find exactly what you’re looking for. If you don’t have time for a call or if you’re simply browsing, our website has an abundance of information put together on each residence to help you make your choice.

Where are your residences located?

All our residences are centrally located in zones 1 & 2 and are all situated within close proximity to an underground station making travel easy!

What do I need to do if I wish to book?

Now that you’ve found your perfect home, what next? There are two simple ways to book with us; you can book directly through our website or you can give us a call. We like to keep things as simple as possible! If you have any question we are one phone call or email away.

Now I’m in London, how can I get around?

We have a wonderful thing called an Oyster Card, we like to call it the key to the city as it’s all you need to travel around. And remember you also use any contactless bank card!

How do I pay?

Instructions on how to pay whether from an International or UK bank account are listed at the bottom of every invoice.

– How do I check in / where will I get the keys from?

You check in at the residence directly and the keys to your room will be provided upon arrival

– What time can I check in? What time is the check-out?

Check in is from 3pm, check out 10am

– What is included in the bedding pack?

Duvet, duvet cover, bed sheet, pillow, pillow cover.

– Does the residence have electrical adaptors?

Generally, they do not but you can ask the reception if there are any possibilities

– What documents do I need in order to check in?

ID/passport, booking confirmation, student ID or acceptance
